Cumulative update windows 10 stuck on update screen

So i installed this last night and restarted my laptop and when it got to the "working on updates don't turn off your computer" it was stuck on 7%.

Its the KB5033372

when all done
run disk cleanup on admin

after it should give option to clean up extra stuff ...etc

check them

it should clean up windows update files and logs
