Bios issue

I'm using a 3080 and I can't see my bios but i can boot into my windows without any problem any help because i need to enable the xmp and i can't do it without going bio

Sounds like fastboot. You can go into System > Recovery and in "Advanced startup" select "Restart now". From there you should be able to select boot into your UEFI.

Yeah i did that also but it would go blank on the bios

go to mobo site - support

you'll find a tool called "restart to UEFI"

download launch

should do it for you
