Looks pretty similar to front panel usb-c connectors I see online so you’re likely correct. If it comes from the same area all the other front panel connectors do then that should clear any confusion. Nothing to worry about, the port just won’t work as expected.
Is there any adapter I am able to add since my pc’s mother board doesn’t support the cable?
Depends on what your motherboard does have. What is the exact make and model of motherboard?
Asrock x570 phantom gaming 4 but it doesn’t have the direct plugin for it
Mhm, looks like it has 2x USB 3.0 (3.1 Gen 2) Internal (19-Pin) Header connections though, so you could use an adapter like this to connect your case's USB-C connector.

I mean, yeah, you can only connect as many USB ports as you have headers.
They do make PCIe cards with USB-C front panel header connectors though.
