#Trouble booting new rig

So today was my second time attempting to build a pc. I’ve done it in the past but I’ve always passed on my ssd. But for my latest built i thought I’d have a fresh start to a new pc so I got a bootable flash drive instead. But to even get to installing the OS I have to go beyond a barrier which would be the setup itself. It tells me to press on delete whenever I Boot the computer to get into the setup but it’s unresponsive.

My guess would be that since all of the components are relatively brand new they may not be exactly compatible with each other or I should rather say don’t have the right updates to function in harmony. Clearly I have no clue what I am talking about but whatever that explanation was it sounded reasonably to me.

For anyone curious about the specs I have an 850w power supply, rtx 4070ti, amd ryzen 7 7800x3d, aorus b650 elite ax motherboard, 2TB Samsung 980 pro ssd, 32 gb of ddr5 ram. And well I prepared everything for multiple months to check if everything was compatible and even went to multiple stores to ask sales assistants, watched countless of hours of YouTube videos and even though my last build was a success this project has left me in utter frustration.

It sounds like your motherboard boots, and then asks you to open the bios, which then proceeds to not open. Can you tell me wether or not you see the usual circle of loading balls that windows throws up, or if it simply runs from black screen to "press delete to enter setup"
