that is an amd reference card. the difference is basically the cooler design for the card you chose. Sapphire generally makes good cards. Just check if you have good service, Do these cards have thermal issues etc.

also if you dont mind get samsung 970 evo plus 500 gb as your boot drive. and get another 1 tb ssd for the games. I dont know how much that would cost. does your mother board have two ssd slots?
