if you really want a budget pc that can run any game well, id recommend a i3-10100F (or amd alternative) and a rx 580 gpu, 16gb of ddr4 ram, your choice 2666 or 3200 mhz, should be a cheap build cause its old tech
so mobos shouldnt be expensive
ram is 20$ a stick of 8gb
get 2 sticks for dual channel
