I'm looking for a new build, no peripherals only the tower. I am out of the loop a bit, I used to build PC's. It will be for mixed work and gaming.
**Country: **Turkey Budget: 60,000 TRY (around 2K USD) Use case: I would like to do 1440p gaming and work (3D CAD/Fusion 360). I dont play any of the new and unoptimized AAA mess so keep that in mind.
Needs:
- ITX Motherboard and PSU
- 2TB NVMe storage, 32GB RAM
- Low Profile CPU cooler or AIO
**Not Needs: **
Case: I will design and 3DP a custom case myself, I have done it before. Thus Part sizes aren't too big of an issue.
Silence: It cannot out-loud my 3d printer working 24/7.
Looks: I prefer to look at the screen not at the tower.
Internet: I use ethernet, no need for wifi.

If not possible within budget, tell me. I found an RTX 4080 for 35K TRY/1200 USD if that helps.
