#Enabling ReBar on MSI RTX3080

Bit technical related to my BIOS.
I want to enable the option for resizable bar for my RTX 3080 for additional performance as I’ve seen and heard lots of positive things about it for supported games (and unlocked)

Checked to make sure my RTX3080 is able to have ReBar enabled. It is currently disabled.
Following instructions and looking around in the Bios, I cannot find the option in the advanced section of MSI click bios 5.

My set-up is a I-7 8700k which is overclocked paired with a MSI Z370 mobo.
It all works well with one another running a wide variety of games on ultra or extreme settings without any issues since I recently updated my Bios.
According to a lot of wise men on forums on the internet, they have an 8th gen intel and a Z370 which support ReBar.

Could it be that I need to get my VBIOS updated before I can enable it?
Any wisdom or guidance would be greatly appreciated, haven’t messed around much in the Bios before other than the standard adjustments and careful overclocking.

According to instructions, the option to enable it should be under Settings > Advanced > PCI Subsystem Settings

PCIe isn’t even an option

Enabled secure boot and above 4G memory but now I have new technical difficulties, my PC starts fine but I cannot enter the bios again

Stays on a black screen if I press delete while starting up

CSM is disabled

Think the issue lies with my monitor not getting a signal in Bios

No beeps, no changes in lights

Guess clearing the CMOS to default values? Is the solution to reset everything.
Can’t get a signal for my monitor in either the GPU or motherboard slot for the HDMI.

Issue started when I changed from CSM to UEFI

You need to have above 4g decoding on

So I set it to enabled which put my CSM on to UEFI.

Since you can't have it run on CSM

Don't have the jumper, just take out the battery for 5-10 minutes right?

Any risks to yanking out the CMOS battery? As in, do I need to make a backup

Right well as everything still works right now without issues other than the fact that I can't get a signal for my monitor when in the Bios, I'm going to leave it at this for a day or two

Take my time and probably clean the whole case again
