according to the specs it does.. i was in a similar situation a little while ago and made the upgrade to a Geforce RTX 4060 and havent had any issues with running out of power. the price is very reasonable here in canada anyways..

the rx 7800 is a great choice i run it in my editing rig

i just tested it and with the 7800 xt its a 20% bottleneck
