fans in pc

Hey so I downloaded a software to control my fans and it couldn’t detect them and than I went into the uefi thing like bios and when I tried to control fan speed it didn’t work and also my fans have no rgb even Thoe when my pc first came they were working great this started 2 days ago

Idk how it was a prebuilt but their spinning rn and I downloaded fan control v3

And signal rgb

Which didn’t detect the fans

As well as armory crate

It only detects my ram

No cables laying around or anything
