#New Build Questions- AIO Orientation/Airflow, Tight Fits, Clean Windows Install?

So I am upgrading my PC, which really means I'm just fully rebuilding a new one save one SSD. Here are the parts I am currently using: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/

I have several issues I was hoping you all could help with:

  1. I currently have my AIO mounted at the top of my case in a pull exhaust formation (fans attach to case, radiator under the fans). This has created two issues. leading to some questions-

a. Given how stuff fits together, the radiator is pushing on the Corsair RGB Ram pretty hard. I was able to get it on there and it functions, but I am worried I am damaging my mobo since its putting pressure on the ram. Is that pressure okay? or should i try to get some less tall ram? (i ordered this new ram to see if it fits better https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BF8FVLSL?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details)

b. Given that my aoi is exhausting out of the top (which I have heard is the best configuration), what's the best way for me to set up my case fans? I'm concerned that my current set up of 2 front intake fans, my top mounted exhausting AIO, and one exhausting fan in the back is going to create a negative pressure, rather then the desired slightly positive pressure system...

  1. The only part I am actually keeping from my old computer is my 512mb NvME, which has windows on it. My plan is to just use that drive as a place for my windows boot and system files (maybe like documents too) and use my newer/faster 970 Evo Plus 2TB NVME for games. So Two questions on this:

a. Which drive should I place in the NVME slot closest to my CPU?

b. Is it recommended to do a clean install of windows again? If so, should I just wipe the drive and do a full reinstalls of windows, or should i go into windows and do a full reset of windows that way.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

can you move the rear exhaust fan to be an intake fan?

and id recommend wiping the drive and installing windows from a USB, so you don't get any issues with the same Windows install using new hardware all of a sudden
