Good Speed + Bad Latency or Bad Speed + Good Latency

So I have recently switched from wifi to using my mobile network for my PC which gives me speeds up to 50mbps however latency between 120 to 200ms. On WiFi I get speed up to 3.5mbps but latency of around 60ms.

I mostly use my PC to game.
Which is better?

And is there any way to lower the latency when on mobile network?

Wifi will often be more consitent.

If the mobile network is capped then probably best avoiding

You've basically found the difference between a WiFi network fed by a wireless signal broadcast at low power levels from a router right inside your home and Cellular network fed by a wireless signal form a tower that must travel poterntially long distances and account for thousands of devices at once.
