Your motherboard has one PCie 3 and one pcie 2. GIven that its an older motherboard AM4 (2000 series) it does not support pcie 4 or 5.

650w is the minimum for the 3070 ti and I figured 850 would be comfortable to upgrade in the future and not overpower my pc
But is 850 too much you think if so I’d go down to 750
If you can find a cheaper 750W, I'd say go for it, other than any THermaltake Smart series PSU's.
