I currently have a XFX Radeon 6500 XT and I want to better my performance, my CPU and PSU are already more capable I just can’t tell if the PCIE 4.0 means it will fit?

I don't see why the PCIE 4.0 would prevent you from installing it, the RX6500XT is also PCIE 4.0

Main thing you would want to look out for is clearance inside your computer, other than that it should be just plug and play.

Tbh I would probably consider a 6700XT instead. (Similar price, better performance.)

The CPU is not great, but it's not terrible. You can upgrade it down the line, but I don't think it's necessary to upgrade yet.
