As you may or may not be able to see from the clip my GPU usage drops to 0-3% for about 30 seconds then randomly returns to normal it’s a fresh motherboard fresh CPU new windows installation latest bios and graphics drivers I have been struggling with this for a while I have isolated the issue to not be involved with the GPU

It seems to be different in different games like tarkov for example it comes in the form of microstutters and a slowly degrading fps
I have had to RMA the motherboard due to this issue happening before and either it or something else had caused the PC to refuse to turn on
I have unplugged the graphics card and used integrated graphics and this style of issue continued

Yeah i did have expo enabled but i have disabled it now due to people saying that could be causing the issue I will try updating chipset drivers
