Love this look!
now THATS innovation
Me too. I originally had plans to re-case it but now I think I will keep it as it is :-).
thats sick, love me a hot rod pc
It was meant to be, orange accents on the graphics card and all
That was pure coincidence lol. I had orange filament loaded on the printer so that's what I used.
Even better
That’s beautiful
Yeah it instantly made me think of the Interceptor from Mad Max. Hence the name.
i wouldnt use it enough to justify owning one but ive always wanted one
They are great for solving practical issues like this. Need a bracket? To the 3D printer. I use mine a lot for Nerf stuff as well.
i have a friend who also does nerf mods, theyre pretty cool
i used to have an og longshot but my mom got rid of it when we were getting rid of some old toys, only later realized how valuable it was
i do still have the hail fire with the 8 mag rotating drum
that ones pretty sweet
That's me slapping something together and getting lucky lol
thats how the world was invented
This looks AMAZING!
It's definitely unique. Especially as I have spent around £100 on it.
You managed to make a janky hotrod office pc look good
Wow, that’s cheap
The PC was free and I got an SSD for £40, the 1050ti for £45 and a riser cable for £15. I haven't PC gamed since Counterstrike 1.6 so it's fun to get back into it.
Niiice
It's kinda nice not to have built another fish tank.
Yeah
i love the external gpu look
Me too. Stays nice and cool as well. Haven't seen it hit 60 degrees yet
omg lol i love it, have u designed the gpu holder urself?
Yeah. Designed is a very loose term. 10 mins in tinkercad. Didn't even fire up freeCAD for this one.
badass
have u got any idea how can i create an motherboard IO shield for myself?
My new mobo came with no io shield, and i cannot find any model online for it, am wondering how can i accurately get the sizes for it since i dont have a real life example to measure
Use measurements from your actual io and cut out the holes on a piece of particle board or something non conductive
DIY since you couldn't find anything online
i’d like to 3d print it
so i need the model on blender
that would work just get the measurements
and make a model
it will take an hour or 2 at most
more if you want to make a few prototypes to see what fits best
I never did this before tho, my friend has a 3d printer and he lives quite far away, i actually found a shield for some intel motherboard and it somehow looks exactly like whatever its suppose to fit o my board, i just need to remove the vga output
