7900 XTX, 7800X3D 32GB RAM
Considering those specs all games should be on 100+ fps high settings 1440p, BUT i struggle to get even 120 on overwatch low and ton of fps drops. even roblox drops to less than 60 but very rarely, its mostly just fps drops and as far as i've seen some fps tests in a game where i should be getting 400 fps i am getting like 200 max and stuttering, not sure if it was a mistake with going amd card...

Yes; check if ur xtx gets powered by seperate cables (not daisychained) and check temps and loads on cpu and gpu while gaming
Also, for the lols; try high graphical settings in overwatch and see if it stays the same, gets worse or gets better

Runs like 60 fps max and dropping to 40
Ironic considering this is a 4k card that can run even the newest games easily...

Bc ur cpu should be the bottleneck (if everything would work properly)

K I played some Fortnite on low and GPU temps are like 60 and utilization 99 but cpu temps r like 50 with 50 utilization
that's weird considering fn is a cpu game
I'm just thinking about getting an Nvidia GPU..
And returning this one possibly

It should be more than capable tho, something aint right. I put a 7900xtx in my gf's pc and she has higher frames than me with my 3080 (as it should be)

A friend of mine had a similar issue, windows update was the reason. Try uninstalling recent updates and using a windows update blocker (you have to disable this blocker when using microsoft store)
