#Upgrading PC, rebuild or upgrade components

Im finding my hardware has fallen behind, playing games my FPS isnt what it was and im unsure what im needing to upgrade. The components are all clean with no dust, its just theyre getting a little old for high resolution gaming. Im not up to date on everything as I havent build a PC in a while. I have no interest in aesthetics as my PC is usually out of sight and tbh RGB annoys and distracts me so I dont have any glass on the case. I run two monitors, resolution 2560 x 1440
When running the game escape from tarkov, on one of the maps im running ~45fps, task manager shows overall usage as CPU - 46%, Memory - 59% and GPU - 25%. Im unsure why my performance is low while usage isnt very high. The program is running as high priority.

My budget is under $3000 AUD, im unsure if i should upgrade parts or just start new, open to either

Here are my current specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte x570 Gaming X
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core, 3700MHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12gb
RAM: 4 x 8 gb Ballistix DDR4-3600 CL16

Really appreciate any advise!

I just built a new PC as well which was for just over 3200 AUD so you can definitely build a good one in that price range. Like just as an example, there's this here which is similar to my PC and is $3000

I feel like tarkov should be getting more FPS than that

DDU, then download drivers again

#

Darktide may run pretty badly cause it does recommend a 3060 on steam

#

I’m guessing that’s for 1080p, so at 1440p you’re probably chugging a bit

#

Still worth a shot to try reinstalling drivers though

but running other maps not the best fps all the time either

At 1440p, it’s worth a GPU upgrade nonetheless, a 3060 is pretty weak for that res

#

Though my concern is that there is some other issue that won’t get solved even wuth a GPU upgrade

#

Like if you were playing the game just fine before that, but then performance suddenly falls off a cliff without you changing anything, that probably means the issue is somewhere else

im thinking of getting a new m.2 and doing a fresh install too anyway
