Get MSI Afterburner and Unigine Heaven. Then, start up the benchmark and set it to looped in windowed mode. This will put a constant full load on your GPU and you'll be able to see artifacts if they happen. Then, just increase the core clock until you either see artifacts or a crash and back off to where it was stable. Then, increase your memory clock until you see artifacts and back off again to where it was stable. Your card is likely power limited already, but it will use the same voltage for higher clocks. The memory will probably be able to go up to +400 and for the core, you'll get to around +100 or so, I'd increase the core clock in increments of 15 as this is the increments your GPU clocks in and for the memory you can go with increments of 50 at first and after around 300, continue in increments of 25

and how do i overclock my cpu to

It depends on what CPU you have. AMD CPUs are generally overclockable, but for Intel CPU's you have to have a K CPU sitting in a Z-series motherboard

i have a nomal 10400

and a b560

then i cant overlock it >:

Then you won't be able to overclock it. You can however download Intel XTU and increase the power limit to always make it boost to its max frequency

#

But you might have to re-apply it every time you start the PC (at least I had to do that with my Dell G5 5090 prebuilt that had a non-overclockable CPU in it)

nvm i wont overclock my cpu but what abt the gpu how do i ran the benchmark?

The benchmark is just to show you when to stop increasing the clocks
