i’ve tried everything i seen on youtube. even tried a different gpu. anyone know why DWM would be using so much gpu? makes it impossible to stream and even play certain games

i will try when i get home after work. what makes me believe it’s accurate is my pc slows down and whatever i’m playing takes a huge hit in fps and my stream will crash which is encoded w my gpu
