Last week my PC kept shutting down at random, It showed EventLog 6008 in eventviewer. Now my PC wont even start, the PC posts, shows the Msi logo and turns of shortly after, without entering into windows, the only thing "staying" on is my RAM, the RGB is still lighting up, one sticks RGB is also out of sync to the others. I unplugged all USB cables, I also disconnected ethernet, wifi and audio, the only thing still plugged in are my screens. Could a faulty RAM stick cause such errors?

Im not at home rn but I have a 5800X on MSI B550 Unify, 3070 Z trio LHR, 4x Trident Z 3600 mhz
what should I do if I get into bios
or should I take out all the ram sticks and try one after the other until the pc wont start
Try just 1 stick
Bios update
Have you tried youusing the mother board hdmi to see if it’s gust the gpu
Did you. Hold the pc or by it
How old is it
The 5800x doesnt have a gpu
Ok
I am not a pc expert but could it be a bad power supply
And have you tried resetting the ram
And if you have 2 ram sticks unplug 1 and try it again as the ram could have failed
I just started my pc into bios, I could do it multiple times, I could also access my ventoy stick but then It crahed for a bit. Now I am testing the RAM sticks 1 by 1
