with 3k, you could basically sort by most expensive on any computer website. Canada computers is like the canadian microcenter and has some really good deals. Strangely though, they have like no 3080-3090tis, and I couldn't really find a 4080 either

yeah, if in a year or two you're upgrading the CPU, adding RAM or storage, or if the goal is to just build it once until it's fully replaced again
