Like the title suggest i need some more understanding with what to go for in Fractal Designs North (Mesh Version) Case. I'm planning on upgrading to a 5800x3d and i want to get a proper noctua air cooler for it. I'm just puzzled with the heights of the coolers and what fractal is stating for dimension of the North case on their website. Would be awesome to get some advice on it... would love to use the legendary d15..

Well if theres a better option im all for it
Thermalright
Noctua was first on my mind because they seemed to perform well
im pretty new to building my next system is all
The Peerless Assassin 120 SE and Phantom Spirit 120 SE are some of the best performing aircoolers you can get
All for about $40
Gonna be enough for a 5800x3d?
Yes
well sounds good but, im still not entirely sure about dimensions with that north case
it looks really nice and i honestly really wanna get it
i just dont want to buy a cooler that ends up not fitting
being too high that is
they mention something with a fanbracket being maxed out 145mm and without one 170mm
it is a tad bit confusing to me
The peerless assassin should fit
Well if thats so then i thank you very much for the help! does save me a good few bucks to be fair now that im looking at it..
It fit for this guy https://pcpartpicker.com/b/9CvfrH
