I made my pc back in 2019 ish
I live in an apartment building and got into the habit of completely shutting it off and turning off the power supply at night in case power went out.

A few days ago when I got up to turn it on it made a static sound- so I shut it off and turned it back on. No problem.
Today I try and turn it on, static sound, turn off, turn on, static sound.
Now it doesn’t not do it, and when it doesn’t it doesn’t stay on for very long. I don’t know what to do, do I need a new power supply? Do I turn it off and on some more? I’m worried turning it off and on more might hurt it.

I got it to turn on without the buzz and it has stayed on. But since is not the first time this happens, what can I do to test if it is the power supply?
Or what do In general :x

Try reseating your RAM. Could potentially help

It might behave like that because there is something wrong with ram connection

Also , try using a pencil eraser on the contacts
