Keeping files on the other drive? You can’t. All partitions need to be removed to install windows.

nah i got a new ssd that is faster than my old one and thought it would be a good opportunity considering I've had the pc for almost 5 years

Oh, ok. Yeah just download the windows media creation tool for windows 11 and follow the instructions to create the windows bootable USB. Make sure it’s at least 8GB in size
