Slight adjustment. Turned the speakers to the side, I can now squeeze in a second monitor side by side! Will post when I have updates.
I think it might be the tightest fully fledged setup out there once it's done. Although that's a huge title to take on. And when is the setup really ever complete.

i saw on the WAN show when they were sharing the screen of either linus or lukes laptop they had a tab open for the yamaha AG08, you think they saw my setup and were intregued? (i got the yamaha AG06, the white box with all the nobs and buttons on my desk)

the update is the stream deck and keylights. and i got a new monitor arm and ferrite rings for the setup.

i still need to get a gpu and second monitor before the setup is complete!
but once its complete i may also buy a new case as this one is a bit large and isn't a complete case as my friend hasnt given all the parts for it.

This is pretty much as good as it's going to get for this room. i still need a gpu, second monitor and new case but its basically done. its not going to get much better then this.
I'm going to be moving rooms to a bigger room next year hopefully so when i get that ill be improving the setup a lot more. its going to take years for sure. it took me from 2019 to now to build it up to this. buying and selling and buying again all the things for this setup. but im looking forward to what comes next. ill probbably update this post maybe once or twice more before i move if anything new happens but if not, it was nice knowing you. i appreciate all the feedback on this setup and i give thanks to the years of fun this setup has provided me. LOOKING FORWARD TO NEW AND BETTER THINGS!!

a few cable ties would go a long way here, and personal preference but i would remove the chair arms - if they arent holding the chair together

@supple sentinel agree with the cable ties comment but not the armrest one I'm a huge fan of armrests so I can kick back, rest my feet on the subwoofer and rest my arms and watch content 😄

update: i have purchased the cooler master qube 500 flatpack, i know its thermal performance isn't great but i love the case so much i thought fuck it ill sacrifice temps to have it. i also brought 5 noctua A14 pwm fans along with 2 fan splitters because my motherboard only has 4 fan headers and ill have a total of 6 fans.
they should be coming in tomorrow or the day after and ill post an update once its built!
getting close to the final update before i close out this thread, only need a gpu and a second monitor before this setup is complete. i'm very excited for you all to see the next iteration which will be in a different room. I didn't post anything to do with the room itself so maybe when its all complete ill do that.

the build is complete!!!...well sort of, still need a gpu but we move. this case was a real challenge to build in but it was so fun!!

u wont see whats inside but i dont think temps will be a problem

Temps are fine it's just a bit higher then a case with more airflow cause the dust filters are quite restrictive

when you get it make sure you plan your cable runs before hand cause if you dont you'll have to undo and redo multiple times if you get it wrong
