Guys long time for months I get this error in windows.

The error you're getting correlates with the CPU which makes me think that either the BIOS is bad, or there's an OS corruption.

Less likely scenario is that the chip itself is somehow faulty.

Any tool to examine the CPU and make sure CPU itself healthy?

Let me know once you've flashed the BIOS

clean windows did same issues.
Now I did some workaround found on google CCPS = Driver
And updated to latest bios from asrock.
Reinstalled amd chipset.
Lets see if error will come up again.
