Well have you tried pressing on one of the buttons it told you to press?
Yeah that ended up solving it. Just idk what that does so I was worried it might mess something up

Not all motherboards support USB-C
That always happens when you first install a cpu into the motherboard. In 95% of cases, pressing “Y” is the next step.

They make USB 3.0 to C adapters if you want to get it functional.
And obviously if you don't want to loose potential USB3.0 ports in your front panel, you'll need an expansion card.
I only see 1 of those here
As I just said, if there's only a single 3.0 header you'll need to get an expansion card
