I recently added a new WiFi at home that I use that are isolated from the rest of the home WiFi and I was wondering if anyone know how to do so users must use email and password from for example Microsoft account to login. My school uses that.

A lot of clusterfuck that's going to be more effort than it's worth if that router doesn't have any features like that built in, just use a strong password on the wifi network and you'll be fine
