My old cpu died so I replaced my motherboard, cpu, and ram with new parts since after 6 years I figured if one part went the rest will too. I cant get the computer to post into the bios via usb and "flash bios" motherboard button and when I plug it in my monitor will light up then say "no display port connected" and hdmi doesnt make it work either. I flashed my bios to a new version to make sure everything was supported but the solid red and yellow light dont go away. My gpu lights come on, my cpu definitely gets power because the lcd screen for it comes on and will slowly rise in temp if left on. ram also lights up so Im very confused.

not sure if it makes a difference but when I plug my keyboard in it doesnt light up, but when I plug my wireless usb mouse in it does flash like its connecting although it didnt actually connect

Let's assume you've successfully flashed the BIOS to the latest version, in that case you should set the motherboard up with bare minimum.
Meaning: No graphics card, only a single stick of RAM.
Clear your CMOS, try booting it again.
Whether or not it has integrated graphics doesn't matter, since you just need to get past the debug LEDs after which you should be able to set up the rest of your build as usual.

Well, follow the steps I've provided

Ive tried without the gpu in, cpu taken out, and just one stick of ran, then cleared cmos by taking out battery for 10 minutes and nothing seems to have made a difference

Have you done basic RAM troubleshooting?

Ive tried moving it around to different slots and trying each stick byitself if thats what you mean

#

If not ill try it if you can point me in the right direction

Right...

#

Reconnect literally every power connector.

#

PSU side as well if it's modular

#

If that doesn't help, it's either the mobo or the CPU.

Ill try that, its just weird since the cpu ezbug led in on but the cpu 100% works since the led temp reader says it gets hotter the longer it stays on

#

if reconnecting all the power cords doesnt work I guess ill try to replace the motherboard
