Not much to say really, based on the PCB it's an older graphics card like GTX 580 so it's not really worth it to ponder about what killed it or even how to fix it.

Either way, this isn't something I would try and salvage. The type of tools, skills and components needed for this is are beyond average consumer paycheck.

A technician could repair it sure, but it will most likely be so expensive that it's not worth it.

Unless you have a degree in electrical engineering and have a basic understanding of how graphics cards work and happen to have exactly the right components at hand, you will need a lot more than just a multimeter and a soldering iron xd

Well I did not say I was going to get tools for it I'm going to get those anyways then I'd tinker it maybe fix it if not I'll learn something.

meantime I'm thinking about getting something like R9 290X is what I can afford
