After successfully making a working copy of the computer, now on a SSD, I now get the title's error. Aside from the Windows Update, everything seems to be working, so how worried should I be?

Yup, a 1:1 with the old one

Windows doesn’t always play well with cloning so it isn’t recommended

If you still have the other drive in it’s original state, you can just clean install windows to the ssd and copy files over from the hdd
