Weird Lines at the bottom of the screen (below taskbar)

Since few days I'm seeing these random lines below the taskbar which is always visible when it appears randomly

It has become annoying and seems concerning for the display

Do you know if the monitor’s the problem? You could try using a screen capture program and see if the lines are in the capture.

and it was not captured in obs

also, how are the temperatures?

when did u get the laptop?

I think thats independent of that

and everything is already updated

in 2022

I was thinking maybe it started after win update idk

or cumulative update

or maybe dynamic lighting ? but I already turned it off so ofcourse its not that
