I think this would go in this category, I currently have a 3060 12gb(recommend PSU 550W) and a i5-12400f(tdp 65w). I am looking at upgrading the CPU to a 13600KF(TDP125W). My current PSU is 550W would this upgrade work?

well tdp is not a real number

and most mobo will let it draw more

and 3060 sounds very qestioble with power spikes with 550W psu

well the 30 seires card have power spikes that can be over 2.5X the noraml power draw

and some psu are fine other are not
