DVI to HDMI

My pc can run 144 hz but only with a dvi cable I was wondering if I bought this would I be able to use the 144 hz https://a.co/d/i6FNwdz

Make sure your monitor can do 144hz over dvi

and it can only do 144 hz with a dvi cable

but my pc dont got a dvi port

so i have to use this

no it wouldnt work

its cheaper to do it with the dvi to dvi
