if it igpu or other gpu you need the driver for other gpu and if it igpu you may need to enable it in bios in some mobo it disalbes it when using gpu

then you can tell windseo to make porgrams to render it then it send image to other gpu but that take banwith and adds delay so thats why its best to have main dispaly running off the rx570
