I’m having a bit of an issue with my pc
I was wanting to play with a friend today. I went into task manager and saw I only had like 24gb of available ram. Iv got 32gb of ram. I than went into bios saw that one of my sticks is showing 8gb. I turned off XMP to see if that would fix it have no fucking clue why I thought that. Left bios and my pc starting booting was taking super long than turned itself off and on did it again about 10 seconds later.

Ram was showing 32gb before idk what happened.
I think what it could be is the ram obviously, mobo and or cpu. Was planning on getting a new mobo and ram to see if I can get it working but I want to see if you guys might have ideas

Taken out/replaced the faulty stick? Might let you get back into bios and turn on xmp

Yea I’ll probably get a new mobo and ram test the ram out. I have a feeling it’s the mobo. Iv had issues with it before needing an rma and clearly they never really fixed my issues

Last time it was frying ram maybe it fried part of the stick or something 💀
