My bad, got confused.

B660 is for 12th gen CPUs, B760 is for 12th and 13th gen CPUs

If you're getting a 12th gen CPU, both will work. Do note that there are both DDR4 and DDR5 motherboards available.

Ah i see, do u guys have any good recommendations for a b660 ATX motherboard? ill most likely just reuse my DDR4 Ram, currently running 4x8GB

Oh regarding this, i'd have to sift thru either the used market or multiple shops as shops here usually dont list motherboard prices alone on the websites, they're usually bundled with a CPU

i'd have to walk in the store to check with them for pricings for just the board

i'd check the b660 steel legend, b760 (m) /b660(m) auros elite and gaming x, b660 pro rs prob would do alright if you're not doing all core workloads

whatever is priced best keep the pro rs as low priority
