Likely not the CPU. When my system did this, it wasn't recognizing any RAM, so POST Stalled at the CPU check. Refer to your motherboard manual when reseating RAM, and do so one module at a time.

I've not heard good things about asrock, especially with AM5 so you should definately look into your motherboard more

But I’m not sure, only other things you can try is doing a test boot (taking everything out the case) or trying to play with the ram and letting it sit

you most likely have more than one drive installed

if that's the case disconnect anything that's not the o.s drive it will stripe the data

unless you mean you're trying to boot to the flash drive and that's popping up
