Note it doesnt crash the applicatoon, freezes for like 5-10 seconds then comes back

Have you checked Temps when gaming? Freezing is typically a sign of severe thermal throttling. That's the most basic cause of it.

I can make sure to check when it happens again but currently my gpu doesn't go over 70 degrees C ,highest ive seen right now is like 67 . And varies between 55-65

I typically use HWinfo, and CPU-Z to test CPU Temps under full load.

or that yeah, would probably be easier than fumbling with the on screen display on msi afterburner

Ive played like 3 games and it happens on all of them but one in particular, war thunder

Yeah, Ive updated every drive recently, My graphics card, my computer is relatively clean dust wise, and the age of all my specs is 3 years

Try running memtest.

You can either search Windows Memory Diagnostic in the windows search bar, or Windows key + r, then type "mdsched.exe"

I would personally use memtest86 it's better than the Windows built in one, either way you should prepare for this test to take a loooong time so you may have to run it over night
