if you want the 'best' for productivity get the 13900k but u will need good cooling, if u want less power draw and less overall compute the 7900 non x is still a great option and easy to cool
and for a gaming only build

so it is not terrible on productivity

Well I have had 3 people this week ask for help when there 5600 to 6000 kits where unstable
And I have had 3 pc with xmp and non of them where stable with it was not stable and there where all lower speed eg ddr3 2133 or ddr4 3200 and 3600

yep for cooling first of all the rooms always 16 C and got the ryujin 360 AOI and for even more cooling the fans all for the cpu as the gpu already has a build in AOI and it shud be enough cooling.
