I have put my m.2 into my brothers computer and i’m trying to get my photos / videos off it. i go to my m.2 on his pc and find the users folder. when i try to enter my user it is giving error “you have been denied permission to access this folder. to gain access you will need to use the security tab “ i have given his user full access to enter to my user folder but when i press apply it is saying “an error occurred while applying security information to:”

you can set permission as the admin or the user who made it to let other to access it i think
right click the folder and go into properties that you can set permission from there
what happen when you hit continue
it just changes the part where it says “D:/Jzxi\1.14-windows. xml”
to the next program / app / folded on my m.2 and there is thousands of things
try using cmd copy comand as admin
how do i do that any video or something on how to do it?
open cmd as admin
type "copy (path of origen) (path of destainto)"
and if you want to use check sum and /v right after the copy and before the (path of origen)
The absolute easiest way to go about this, is going to be live booting a linux usb, and then doing the file transfers from there so that you don't end up with absolutely fucked permissions for all of the files.. ntfs moment
