I was watching a youtube video then out of nowhere apex opened and my mouse started moving and i couldnt control it i havent downloaded anything recently or anything so idk if its a virus or something but i immediately just turned my computer off and havent turned it back on this happened abt 10 minutes ago if i turn it back on will whoever was moving my mouse be able to instantly get back on

Boot into safe mode, run a virus scan using malwarebytes

Once there, download malware bytes and run a full system scan

There is a possibility that someone has remote access, but I would go first with @true eagle 's advice. I would also just recommend checking and updating mouse driver

Worse comes to worse, backup files and reset OS

when it happened it wasnt moving randomly it closed one of my tabs and started to open another one

Do you have any other wireless devices attached by any chance?

When I read the title of your thread at first, I thought maybe it was just sensitivity but opening its own tab is a bit concerning

the last time im downloaded something was like 1 month ago tho so idk how it happened

I would recommend if Brandon's advice doesn't work that you backup your files and wipe the memory clean. If you have anything in autofill, remove that too and possibly change passwords on your accounts. It doesn't sound like you downloaded anything strange either

If you have warranty on your device, maybe take it to whoever covers it and also have them check it out just in case (unless it was a custom)
