are peripherals and monitor(s) included in the budget?
if you need monitors and kb/mice, those would be at the very least over £100, most likely 200~300 if you're going for good stuff
No they are not. So 1.1K just for the pc and internals
I'll probably buy a 240hz monitor
depends on how much parts are selling at your location but you could get a decent 1440p targeted build here, IMO
maybe better if you go for radeon gpus?
- you could get a 7800 XT (they launch in about a week) for around £600
- or you could get a RTX 4070 for around £600 too
Okay cool that's the issue what do I choose AMD or Nvidia lol. Also what CPU would be best?
I am not really looking for 1440p gaming either... just 1080 and any game that can it at 240+ FPS...
And a pc that can stream/record at 1080p 60fps while playing a game too... some video editing here and there...
well used am4 cpu might be cheep
Apparently the 7800xt has a msrp of $500
And the 7700xt will have a msrp $450 but AMD will probably change that last minute like the rx 7600
$500 translates to around £400 so that's a fair bit lower than i thought
don't think OP can go for a 7900 xt with his budget tho, hmm...
Definitely not

Oh ok
1080p kinda meh
I suppose that would work but theres not much in terms of upgradeability
Do you recommend anything else?
7600 + 6700xt
i am thinking of this but with upgraded cpu to 5600x and better ssd...
what do you think?
Explosive power supply
holy shit sata drive
