Like I loosened the power cord? If so no cause I've made sure ofthat.

I'm thinking more internal, like the PCI-E power pins and stuff

My first test would be to remove the GPU and try to boot without it using the iGPU and the monitor ports on your motherboard, that'll tell us if it's the GPU at fault
