PC stuck on Asus boot screen when starting

My pc is stuck on this screen when I try to turn it on, pressing del or f2 won’t open bios settings, and it doesn’t seem to be loading either, is there a way I can fix?

Might need to reset CMOS

I flipped the power on the back off and on and it worked , but that was a common suggestion but i didn’t know how to do it
