Hi. I just build a new pc with a ryzen 5 7600x and radeon 6950 xt. It should be able to handle lol with no issues. However, when i a at medium high quality it show 240 fps and 25 ping yet i get this weird lag where it seems like it takes a second for my carachter on screen to react to my click, and suddenly i have just moved. It is really weird because neither the fps or ping indicates that it is falling down or lagging. Any idea what the problem might be?

If ur talking about optimization packs:
Nah often at the beginning , they would warn you about potential effects as well as making a system restore. Some people gain more or less ping/fps, as some packs depend on how good ur pc is too.
If you meant about ur pc:
For ur PC, it should work fine. On ur specs. Bottleneck shouldn’t be that large of a issue.
Did u try repairing drivers?
