PC Shutsdown Randomly

my pc shuts down randomly,i thught it could be a over heating issue,but nothing is over heating,the ram is also good,all drivers are up to date....it happens afterevery 15 minutes,after which the pc would try to start but wont be able to....i have to wait 30 minutes after which the pc starts,but after 5 minutes it shuts down again...i also ran sfc/scannow,and veery thing came out good..what could be the issue?..right now i am using the pc.....any moment now it will crash

an attempt to fix it if it happens again would be to update the bios

actually the mother board is really old

i dont know if any bios even exist for it

You can still probably find it online

The latest version is gonna be old but maybe newer than the one you have
