#H150i Pump Failure

I have issues installing my H150i every time I boot up the system into Bios mode. My motherboard is saying that there's a fan error and my aio starts blinking red and all fans start speeding up. I already tried changing the port to CPU fan and AIO fan port no mas I tried reconnecting the hub and the LCD Screen on H150i

I don't know if I need to do something in the bios but I'm taking it into the micro center Thursday for troubleshooting any advice on what I should do would be amazing

you can try to hold both the liquid cables to try and feel it it is pumping the liquid

I took it to the tech support at the micro center and they told me that I did everything right and to just exchange the pump

you can try to disable cpu fan check but if the pump is broken then the pc will just shut off

before trying to bypass the cpu fan error try to feel or listen if the pump motor is working?
