Someone dm me or tell me solutions to try to fix? I got Display one time with the f1/f2 options for setup configuration and after that nothing else except for dram led constantly on

I got a DRAM light on, all I did was change radiator from top to front now I won’t get display. All that came off the mobo were fan connectors nothing else. Tried reseating each individual ram stick on all slots aswell as dual channel that i was running before. I got display once straight to windows Lock Screen. Second time I got f1/f2 options for setup configuration, now I won’t get a single thing. Anyone help please
